Building a robot capable of traversing the streets of New York is no small task. The environment is unpredictable, the terrain is in no way smooth not to mention all the rules and etiquette of navigating a street without being hit by a car or arrested.
There is however, a technology that makes this task trivial and all it takes is a friendly face.
